The 2023 En Cigare, named for the cigar-shaped oak barrels in which this Sauvignon Blanc is both fermented and aged, offers a lush texture and captivating aromatics. Delicate floral notes of honeysuckle and jasmine mingle with hints of ginger, while layers of melon, grapefruit, and green apple create a vibrant core. Gentle oak influence, enhanced by extended lees contact, adds depth and balance to the wine, culminating in a rich, elegant finish with bright, refreshing acidity.

2023 Sauvignon Blanc, Méthode Béton

2023’s cool growing season yielded an unusually late harvest for Sauvignon Blanc. But patience has its rewards. Our 2023 vintage is refined, brimming with crisp citrus, gooseberry, and Granny Smith apple, with a hint of honeydew melon on the finish. The word Béton, French for "concrete," highlights the wine’s fermentation in concrete eggs. This method preserves freshness and enhances lees contact without oak, resulting in a luscious weight and density that unfolds elegantly on the palate.
