Referring to our technique of fermentation and aging in concrete eggs, our 2020 Sauvignon Blanc, Méthode Béton exudes depth and creaminess on the palate due to extended contact with the lees. Featuring lovely notes of grapefruit, kiwi, melon and passion fruit, the roundness and richness of the wine is on full display ending in a long, shimmering finish.
