2018 Chardonnay, Kite Tail

Our 2018 Kite Tail demonstrates the concentration and fine boned structure produced from the Old Wente clone. A cool 2018 vintage with fine weather throughout, the wine is shot through with pretty stone fruit notes of white peach and nectarine, accompanied with citrus lime zest flavors. After 16 months in barrels, hints of shaved almond and toast compliment the bright and tightly structured wine beautifully.
